Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 2 slices rustic bread or baguette

  • 150 g burrata

  • 3-4 fresh figs, thinly sliced

  • 3 tbsp Midolini 10- or 15-Year Aged Balsamic

  • A pinch of salt and pepper

Prepare the crostino:
