Autumn begins with great news!
It is with great pride that we inform you that the Acetaia Midolini Team will participate in the FAI Autumn Days 2022. We will be open to the public on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 October , at the following times: 10.30-12.30 and 14.00-17.30.
Come and visit us to visit the largest Acetaia in the world : it will be a unique opportunity to walk among our over two thousand barrels, smell the aromas of our condiments that have been aging for more than 50 years and touch with your own hands the production of our balsamic vinegars, a tradition that comes directly from the ancient Romans of Aquileia.
For the occasion, all our guests will be offered a tasting of Friulian products paired with our balsamic vinegars by Chef Kevin Gaddi, Ambassador of FVG taste.
