Autumn begins with exciting news!
We are proud to announce that the Acetaia Midolini Team will be participating in the FAI Autumn Days 2022. We will be open to the public on Saturday, 15th October, and Sunday, 16th October: 10:30 AM–12:30 PM and 2:00 PM–5:30 PM.
Come visit the world’s largest vinegar cellar: a unique opportunity to walk among more than 2,000 barrels, take in the aromas of balsamic aged for over 50 years, and experience the heritage of production inspired by the ancient Romans of Aquileia.
All our guests will enjoy a tasting of products typical of Friuli paired with our balsamic, curated by Chef Kevin Gaddi, Ambassador of Friuli Venezia Giulia’s flavours.
