We opened this autumn with great excitement and we did it by participating in two international fairs: Identità Golose in Milan and Bellavita Expo in London.
The Salone del Mobile, the Milan Fashion Week are the events typically marked on our agendas when we want to find an excuse to visit Milan. But what is the event par excellence in the world of European Food? It is precisely Identità Golose, an event born as a congress for Chefs from all over the world.
It was a pleasure to participate in the 2021 edition of Identità Golose Milano together with Jolanda de Colò. This international congress, created by Paolo Marchi and Claudio Ceroni, made us relive the thrill of finally being able to see each other again in person. Angelica Matildi Midolini, of the third generation of the company, was interviewed by TGCOM24 to talk about our Balsamico Friulano.
Identità Golose was an opportunity to present Midolini Balsamic to the Chefs who gathered for this sixteenth international edition, including Massimo Bottura, Carlo Cracco, Riccardo Camanini, Fabrizio Nonis, Moreno Cedroni, Giuliano Lorenzon, Antonia Klugmann and many others.
